30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be in original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags
- Items returned after 30 days
Wholesale & Bulk Order Returns
- Partial returns on bulk/wholesale orders: If a partial return causes the retained quantity to fall below the original pricing tier threshold, the retained items will be re-priced at the corresponding tier rate, and the price difference will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Example: If 10 items were purchased at the 10+ tier price and 9 are returned, the 1 retained item will be re-priced at the retail rate. The difference between the retail price and the wholesale price paid will be deducted from the refund.
- Each returned item must meet the standard return eligibility criteria above
- Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot process refunds for items lost in transit.
Refund Process
- Contact us at support@sfeishow.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with the return address
- Ship the item back at your own expense
- Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the item
Exchange
To exchange for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order. We do not offer direct exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping costs.
